Carn Edward Lamb and Longhorn Beef aim to deliver top quality meat direct to you. We follow all current legislation. Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following terms and conditions.
Delivery
Orders are delivered by overnight courier on Fridays to the address supplied by you (Delivery Included is Mainland UK only), unless you have specified and agreed an alternative delivery day. The couriers are appointed by Carn Edward Lamb and Longhorn Beef. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery. Carn Edward Lamb and Longhorn Beef cannot be held responsible for damage caused to fresh goods caused by products not being refrigerated or frozen upon delivery. If you have any particular requirements for delivery, such as 'Leave in garage', please make us aware on your order. Orders are despatched in courier boxes suitable for maintaining the quality of the meat produce.
Product Availability
All of our products are subject to availability. Due to the fact that we are a small business there may be periods where stock is unavailable. In such circumstances we will contact you to confirm receipt of your purchase and give advise on the anticipated date of dispatch.
Prices, Product Sizes and Substitutions
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages of our online shop on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Orders will be processed at ourpublished prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Box contents and weight may vary slightly and due to availability it may be necessary to substitute similar products with those of equal or greater value.
Acceptance of Order
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the order upon arrival. In the event of goods not arriving in an acceptable condition please contact us immediately to sort alternative arrangements.
Cancellation
In the event of you needing to cancel your order please contact us immediately by telephone.
Non-delivery and delivery discrepancies
In the case of any discrepancies like missing contents, outstanding items or incorrect price details, please telephone us or email us straight away. You must do so within 7 days from receipt of the goods.
